
# getFileCount

You can find the number of file entities your current state. This method is
useful to implement monitoring on the state and also to limit the user inputs.

## Usage

The `getFileCount` utility will return the amount of file entities.

```ts
getFileCount( state: State ) => number
```

An example of `getFileCount` usage:

import { Editor, getFileCount } from 'contenido';
